Take care of your neck

Neck is a body parts exposed, which is described as a youth timer. However, people take care of the neck far less they take care of the face, so neck is easily premature ageing and is the first parts aged. Once a crinkle appears, it is difficult to eliminate it. However, if we can take the following measures to long-term maintenance of neck, it would control crinkle. It is easy to take care of health, including skin care, neck muscle and cervical movemen. Specific approach is as followings:

Often do lightly neck massage. Apply Chashang or body-cream on skin, do neck massage. Movements should gentle and careful, patient and meticulous, until slightly the skin reddens; Avoid lasting direct sunlight, heat or days of work in high-temperature environment, the neck easily sweets, the sweat should be timely removed. Smear high-quality nutrition skin creams to facilitate skin before sleep; be careful not to lose weight in a short period of time significantly.

Exercise neck during break at work. By Easing up, eyes look straight ahead, head up and down, turn round from one side to the other, gently and slowly; head look upward for 20 times. practice three times of the final sitting stool, with appropriate force hands head, turn it from one side to the other, movements are advised to deliberately not too worried; make a fist, hold the jaw, rely on two elbows, and then head down slowly make possible greater pressure several times; lie down, stretch head to the beast through slowly moving jaw, until no longer move ahead, then head slowly to restore proper, do this 15~20 every minute or so; lie down, head uplift, turn left and right, to the limit, 15~20 every minute or so; Stand still with the head clockwise and anti-clockwise 15~20 per minute;lie on your beast, with head rising to the maximum, and then back, 15~20 times per minute; Hands cross in the back of your head, and head to the upper chest and then raise the head, hands give resistance to the head, 15~20 times per minute; one leg bends ahead, the other holds, pull backward the instrument on an extended arms, then back the head to the limit, 25~30 appropriate per minute; stand straight, with arms supporting walls, maintain body vertical, move the crotch forward, move head and neck backwards; place objects of appropriate weight on the head, head, neck, body maintain vertical, and then walk towards, pay attention to maintaining a balance.
